School Calendars and Parent-Student Handbooks: |
| Each family should have received a 2005-2006 Cleveland City Schools Calendar and a Handbook when you registered. Please keep these documents where the family can see them all year. The Calendar contains important information for parents and students in all of the Cleveland City Schools. The blue shaded dates are days students will not attend school. The Handbook contains state, system-wide and school policies and other important information for parents and students. |

Character Education: |
|
Each month the students learn about a different positive character trait and are encouraged to find ways of developing it. At the end of the month each teacher selects a student who best demonstrated that trait. These students will be recognized at a breakfast with the principal and receive a certificate. Ask your child about the character of the month and help him or her find ways of displaying that trait in everyday activities. Check the PTO calendar for the character trait during a specific month. |
