Lake Winnie Field Trip

The 6 Silver team will be taking a field trip to Lake Winnie on May 17, 2012. We are requesting a $30.00 donation per student. This donation includes unlimited rides, lunch and transportation to and from the park for your student. The team will leave at 8:00 am and return by 5:00 pm. Parents are encouraged to chaperone our trip!

All money must be collected by May 1, 2012 or we will be forced to cancel the trip. A payment plan can be arranged as follows: $10 on March 1, $10 on April 1, $10 on May 1. Get your permission form in as soon as possible! Please contact your child’s homeroom teacher with any questions.

 

Math

We are currently working on a geometry unit in math.

 

Language Arts

Students are in the process of writing an essay.

 

Social Studies and Science

We began science a few weeks ago. Students just finished a unit on weather, and we are starting to cover energy and electricity.
