Week of March 12-16

Social Studies: We took the USA Test prep for Social Studies on Tuesday.  On Friday, the students will be taking the Language Arts & Science USA Test.  In class on Thursday, we started the March Madness Project.  This project will be due on Monday, March 19.

Week of March 5-9

Social Studies:  This week we finished up Tennessee History & completed a Standards Group Project in class.  The student’s did a FANTASTIC job!!!

Spelling Bee Results

Congratulations to Kat McKay, first runner-up, in the Cleveland Middle School spelling bee.   Also, honorable mention goes to Sammie Kate Eason and Alyssa Hawthorne.   These ladies worked very hard, and their effort is appreciated.

Breaking News!!!

Students are reading a biography or autobiography in Mrs. Anderson’s Language Arts classes.  Ask your child which person he/she is reading about.

The deadline for reading the book will be announced shortly, and a report will be written on the book.
