Yearbook Staff
The CMS Yearbook staff is composed of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students with an advisor from each grade. Any CMS student can apply for membership in the Fall. The application consists of general student information plus questions concerning why the student would like to be on the yearbook staff. The sponsors review all applications and consult with homeroom teachers for recommendations. Usually 4-6 students from each team are selected. The Yearbook staff meets after school throughout the year as needed.At the beginning of the school year, staff members are given film to take pictures of their team. These pictures are used in a montage that represents each team. This year the staff members selected the book cover and borders for the page and made the montage that represents all students at CMS. Students become more involved in the planning and composition of the Yearbook as they gain experience over the years.
