Stuart the Bulldog

"Stuart" weighs in at 3000 pounds.

Mr. Keith Henrey is the artist who gave Stuart the Bulldog his facelift. He spent about 25 hours making it more kid friendly. He does airbrush work and is an automotive painter. His company is TriStateTouchup.  He does custom artwork on motorcycle tanks that can be  seen in area shops. He also goes to automotive dealerships and does their touchup work. Mr. Henrey is new to the Cleveland area. Keith is married to Marcea, has four children- Kaiden-CMS, Grace-4th grade, Shaleigh-Kindergarten, and Aubrey, the baby who will not be in school for a few more years.

Originally, our Bulldog Mascot was created by Jack Denton of Chattanooga. "Stuart" was funded by a grant received by Aloha Buffington, CCS Art Specialist, from the Tennessee Arts Commission and the Stuart PTO. Mr. Denton has created many sculptures, including one at the Tennessee Riverpark in 2001. He was also the first American sculptor to have a piece installed in Russia in 1998. He has been an art instructor in Chattanooga/Hamilton County for thirty-two years.
