Engineering Technology is a part of the related arts rotation at Cleveland Middle School. Students have the opportunity of taking this class for one nine-week period each school year. This class is designed to make science and math relevant by engaging students in hands-on, real-world projects. By combining exploration, problem-solving, computer applications, and collaborative learning, students learn technical and interpersonal work skills that helps prepare them to be a productive member of our highly technical work force.

     Students who wish to pursue engineering after middle school will have an excellent opportunity to do so at Cleveland High School. The skills developed and the knowledge gained at the middle school enable students to enter the high school program prepared for advanced challenges. The engineering program at CHS is recognized as one of the best.
