CHS Robotics Program Earns $5000 TVA Grant

Cleveland High School was recently awarded a $5,000 TVA STEM grant for Ben Williams Robotics program. This funding will purchase Fischertechniks Robotic Kits, which allow students to research and develop various design challenges related to automation and robotics. The purpose of the design challenge is to teach and reinforce skills related to in-demand, high-skill, high-wage career opportunities. Due to the generosity of TVA, approximately 150 students will have access to this technology each year, resulting in a better prepared future workforce.
