Randall Stephens is currently the Principal of Mayfield Elementary School in Cleveland, Tennessee. With a background in education and administrative experience, he brings valuable expertise to his role.

Before assuming the position at Mayfield Elementary, Stephens served as the Principal of George R. Stuart Elementary School. His experience in leadership roles within the education system has provided him with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by both students and staff.

Stephens began his educational journey at Lee University, where he graduated with a degree in Business Education. He furthered his academic pursuits by obtaining a Master's degree in Education and an Ed. Specialist degree from Tennessee Tech. Prior to becoming a principal, he spent nine years teaching in the Business Department at Cleveland High School. This hands-on experience in the classroom allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of instructional practices and student needs.

As the Principal of Mayfield Elementary School, Randall Stephens brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and a student-centered approach to his role. He is committed to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment where students can thrive. Through his leadership, he aims to support teachers, engage parents, and foster a strong sense of community within the school.

Dr. Jessica Bigham currently serves as the Assistant Principal of Mayfield Elementary School in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Originally from Horn Lake, Mississippi, Jessica pursued her passion for education at Lee University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Teaching. She continued her academic journey by earning a Master's degree in Administration and an Ed.S. in Curriculum & Instruction. Determined to further expand her knowledge and leadership skills, Jessica pursued a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Liberty University.

Jessica's dedication to education is evident in her 19 years of experience in the field. She has been an integral part of Cleveland City Schools for 11 years, joining as an Instructional Facilitator in 2013. Her commitment to excellence in education extends beyond her daily responsibilities, as she has also received recognition for her doctoral dissertation. Out of 683 submissions, Jessica's dissertation was awarded Liberty University's Best Qualitative Dissertation in 2019.

Outside of her professional achievements, Jessica has a love for coffee, and miniature donkeys, and enjoys spending quality time with her family, particularly by taking trips to the beach. Her diverse interests and personal pursuits contribute to her well-rounded perspective and ability to connect with students, parents, and staff.

As the Assistant Principal of Mayfield Elementary School, Jessica Bigham plays a vital role in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Her experience, education, and passion for education make her a valuable asset to the school community.
