Cleveland City Schools is excited to share that Mrs. Kim Bradford will be transitioning to the role of Principal at George R. Stuart Elementary School beginning July 1, 2022. Bradford will follow Mrs. Richelle Shelton who is retiring from the Stuart Principal position at the end of June.
Mrs. Bradford is currently serving as the 6th Grade Assistant Principal at Cleveland Middle
School. Prior to moving into administration at Cleveland Middle School, she served over 3 years
as the Instructional Facilitator at George R. Stuart Elementary School. Bradford also spent time
as a teacher at Stuart and taught previously in both Hamilton County and Bedford County
before being hired by Cleveland City Schools in 2016.
Dr. Russell Dyer, Director of Cleveland City Schools, shared these thoughts about Bradford’s
selection, “Kim Bradford has all the skills to be an exceptional principal. Her passion for the
education profession and students is contagious. I look forward to seeing her make her mark as
the next exceptional school leader at George R. Stuart Elementary School.”
