Dr. Stephanie Stone is a highly accomplished educator who has been serving as the Principal of Ross Elementary School since 2019. From Clearwater, FL, Dr. Stone has made Cleveland her home and has been an integral part of the local educational community.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Lee University, a Master of Education from Lee University, an Education Specialist degree from Liberty University, and a Doctorate in Education from Liberty University.

With 15 years of experience working in Cleveland City Schools, Dr. Stone's dedication and commitment to providing quality education have been unwavering. Dr. Stone's hard work and outstanding contributions to the field of education have not gone unnoticed. In 2022, she was honored with the prestigious Cleveland City School's Elementary Principal of the Year award, a testament to her exceptional leadership and the positive impact she has made within the school district.

Zach Riggins is the Assistant Principal of Ross Elementary School within Cleveland City Schools, where he has made a significant impact on the educational community. Although born in South Africa, Cleveland, Tennessee has been his home for many years. Mr. Riggins pursued his education at Lee University, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and a Master's degree in School Leadership.

With 27 years of experience in Cleveland City Schools, Mr. Riggins has dedicated his career to shaping the future of young learners. He started as an Assistant Band Director at Cleveland High School and has since held various roles, including Assistant Principal at Yates Primary and Ross Elementary Schools, as well as at Mayfield Elementary School. His wealth of experience in different positions within the school district has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the educational landscape.

Mr. Riggins is a product of Cleveland City Schools. He attended Stuart Elementary School and Cleveland High School, a testament to his strong connection to the community and his commitment to giving back to the schools that played a role in shaping his own educational journey. As Assistant Principal of Ross Elementary School, he continues to contribute to the growth and success of both the school and its students.
