Kindergarten Registration for the 2021-2022 school year is open.
You can begin the registration process by completing forms at clv.city/kgenroll. Your student must be age 5 on or before August 15, 2021. Please see the flyer for more information! We are excited to have your student join Cleveland City Schools!
Before entering school in August, every child should have:
1. An Official Birth Certificate or Proof of Birth
2. A recent medical examination and documentation from the doctor
3. An Immunization Record recorded on a Permanent TN Immunization
Record (2 MMRs, 3 Hepatitis B, 2 Hepatitis A) (effective July 2011),
5 DPT (one on or after 4th birthday), 4 Polio, & 2 Chicken Pox)
If the child has had chicken pox, you will need a letter verified by his/her
doctor with dates of illness.
PARENTS, it is important that you complete the “Intent to Enroll” form
in order for your child to have a place in your local zoned school.
