Kindergarten is hosting a school-wide food drive to support The Caring Place! We are asking each student and staff member to bring ONE non-perishable food item (such as a canned good).
If everyone participates, we could collect over 700 items to help families right here in our community!

After reading Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert, our kindergarten students were inspired to create their own nature collages! Using real leaves and other natural materials, they designed imaginative characters and vibrant settings. The story follows the whimsical journey of a leaf-shaped figure carried by the wind—encouraging young readers to appreciate the beauty, wonder, and magic of the natural world and the changing seasons.

🏃♂️🏃♀️ Bobcat Pride on the Course in the 8th Annual Deb Hart Cross Country Classic! 🐾
Our Boys and Girls Cross Country teams gave it their all at the recent meet, both finishing strong with 3rd place overall! 🎉 Their hard work, dedication, and team spirit were on full display from start to finish.
We are so proud of our Bobcats for pushing through every stride and representing BBES with heart and determination. 💛❤️

🍎✨ Apple Week in 1st grade was a huge success! Our Bobcats enjoyed hands-on learning with apples as the theme—science experiments, reading apple-themed books, tasting apples, and so much more.
A special THANK YOU to Apple Valley Orchard for visiting, sharing a wonderful presentation, and giving each student a fresh apple straight from the orchard. 🍏❤️
They wrapped it all up with a big Johnny Appleseed Day celebration filled with apple foods, treats, and fun! 🎉

🍂🔤 Today our Kindergarten Bobcats went on a Word & Letter Sound Scavenger Hunt! The students had so much fun searching, practicing their sounds, and building words. It was the perfect way to get ready for our Skills 3 Assessment, and they especially loved working in the outdoor classroom on this beautiful fall day. 🐾✨
