Today, we celebrated our learning of Our Five Senses. We made braille and used all five senses with popcorn and pop rocks. We tasted gourmet jelly beans, smelled many unknown scents, experienced blurry vision with glasses, listened to unknown sounds, and tried to guess them.

That's a wrap on the 23-24 school year! We have LOVED having your kids at Arnold and hope you have a wonderful summer!

Mrs. Martin's is definitely the most ready for summer!

Congratulations to our 4th 9 Weeks - Arnold Way Students

Ms. Matthews had a Tie-dye party with 5th grade! The kids LOVE this and they always turn out so good!

Special shoutout to Mrs. Murray for organizing an AMAZING field day!! The kids had so much fun and everything ran smoothly. It was definitely a great way to round out the school year!

Arnold was thrilled to have Cleveland High Alum & Tennessee Volunteer Basketball player Grant Hurst on campus today. He visited every classroom to share with our students and invite them to his upcoming camp. Thank you Grant for spending time with our Mustangs.

Our 4th grade students worked so hard that Mrs. VanBenschoten and Ms. Mantooth rolled out the red carpet for them! We are so proud of these kids!

Please click the link for info on the 2024 registration for the Cleveland Youth Football League. They offer cheerleading, flag football, and tackle football! Age groups for tackle are 6U, 8U, 10U. The age cut off for tackle football is whatever age the participant is as of May 1st. This is a great opportunity for any students looking to get into football or cheerleading! https://www.clevelandyouthfootball.com/

Pre-k and Mr. Jim had a dance party ๐ชฉEveryone is ready for summer! โ๏ธ

What better way to prepare for summer than Disney and lemonade? Ms. Taylor'a class has the right idea! ๐

Mrs Runyan's 3rd grade class is engaged and enjoyingย ย a project based learning project as they create boats after completing a unit on the Titanic. ๐ข

On Wednesday, Mrs. Martinโs 1st grade Mustangs were rewarded with a Sno Cone Party for accumulating tons of Homeroom Perfect Attendance Points. This group of students are super smart. Ask them about anything from Early Colonial American History or our countryโs Revolution, ๐บ๐ธ you will walk away saying Wow! #attendanceisimportant

The 5th grade field trip to the aquarium went swimming-ly ๐๐ ๐ก๐ No more fishy business, we are so proud of these kids and how they behaved on this trip! Cleveland Middle School is getting some star students!

Last elementary field trip for these Jr. Beta club members! We will miss them as they go to middle school, but know they will do great things!!

Earlier in the week, Mrs. Fetznerโs 3rd grade class celebrated quality Perfect Attendance points with some Sno Cones and sunshine. #attendanceisimportant
