GRANTS

Grant Review Procedure for Cleveland City Schools

If staff members intend to write a grant proposal, please contact Dr. Jeff Elliott at jelliott@clevelandschools.org. An initial review of the grant will be conducted to assess how the proposal aligns with the system's strategic plan and the individual school improvement plan. A designated District Supervisor will offer assistance to the grant writer and facilitate the acquisition of required signatures.

Once the grant is completed, the grant writer will make a copy and send it to the designated Supervisor.

Allied Arts – Arts in Education Grant

The Allied Arts Council of the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce sponsors the Arts in Education Teacher Grant. These grants are made possible through the annual fundraising event called Chairees Jubilee, which supports the arts in our community. This grant is available to K-12 teachers or organizations that offer programs for K-12 students in the Cleveland/Bradley County school systems. It provides $500 for a high-quality art project or program for the classroom or school. Before writing your application, please carefully review the grant, particularly the guidelines page. This is an excellent opportunity to bring art back to your classroom, and we encourage you to take advantage of it. You can submit an application to the Arts in Education Teacher Grant here.

Bradley/Cleveland Public Education Foundation

The Bradley/Cleveland Public Education Foundation is an organization that works with Bradley County and Cleveland City Schools to raise community awareness, gain financial support and enhance teaching and learning.
