Cleveland City Schools has been named a 2024–2025 RTI²-A+B Change Makers Award recipient by the Tennessee Tiered Supports Center (TSC) and the Tennessee Department of Education.
This statewide recognition celebrates school districts that build strong, student-centered systems of support to help every learner succeed—both academically and behaviorally.
Cleveland City Schools earned this honor for its commitment to high-quality teaching, professional learning, and strong collaboration across schools. Through its Response to Instruction and Intervention for Academics and Behavior (RTI²-A+B) framework, the district continues to make sure all students receive the support they need to grow and thrive.
As a Change Makers Award recipient, Cleveland City Schools will be featured as a Model of Demonstration District, sharing successful strategies and innovative practices with schools across Tennessee.
