Cleveland City Schools is proud to celebrate the districtโs 2025 to 2026 Employees of the Year, along with this yearโs Principal of the Year and Supervisor of the Year. These honors recognize educators and staff members whose leadership, compassion, and dedication make a meaningful difference in the lives of students every day.
District leaders visited schools to surprise each honoree in their classrooms and workspaces. The smiles, applause, and heartfelt reactions captured just how special this recognition is, especially because each award winner was selected by their peers. Being chosen by colleagues who see their work firsthand is one of the highest honors in education.

Principal of the Year
Mrs. Kim Bradford, Stuart Elementary School
Mrs. Bradford is known for her student centered leadership and her commitment to academic excellence. She fosters a warm, supportive school environment where students feel valued and teachers feel empowered. Under her leadership, Stuart Elementary continues to grow in both achievement and school culture.
Supervisor of the Year
Mr. Randall Stephens, Supervisor of Career Technical Education
Mr. Stephens has led significant growth in the districtโs Career Technical Education programs. His vision and collaborative approach have expanded opportunities for students in automotive technology, health sciences, welding, aviation, and more. His work helps students build pathways to college, careers, and future success.
Cleveland City Schools also proudly celebrated Mr. Bob Pritchard recently in Nashville. Mr. Pritchard, principal of Cleveland High School and the districtโs Principal of the Year for the previous school year, was honored by the state as a Tennessee Principal of the Year finalist. This recognition reflects his strong leadership, his dedication to students, and the positive culture he continues to build at Cleveland High School.
